We know that Resource Management has directly improved airline safety but what really is Single Pilot Resource Management and how do we use it? This class will discuss SRM and how we use ADM on each flight to keep us in safe operations. Building a solid foundation of SRM and ADM will give us the tools needed to repair our errors as it is not if you make an error. This class is great for the newest of pilots to seasoned aviators with thousands of hours.
